Whipped Shortbreads

List of Ingredients




1 cup soft butter or margarine
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup corn starch
1 1/2 cups flour

Blend everything together.
Use hand mixer and mix until resembles whipped cream.
I use a cookie press and make lots of christmas designs.
These cookies melt in your mouth.
Food coloring can be added to mixture as well.

bake 325 degrees for 12 mins.
turn in oven at 6 mins for even coloring
