    Prime Rib Roast

    Rub the roast with Worcestershire Sauce. Prepare the roasting pan by placing ¼ to ½ inch of rock salt in the bottom
    of the pan and lightly sprinkle with water. Place the roast in the pan and cover with rock salt (cover well). Roast at 500°
    (18 min. per pound for rare, 20 min. per pound for med.). After cooking let stand for 10 min.

    Buy roast by the inch (length) allow 1 inch per person and 1 inch for shrinkage.

    You will need 5 lbs. of rock salt.
