    Peanut Butter Parfait

    List of Ingredients




    Crust:
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. softened butter or margarine

    Combine until crumbly. Press evenly in 9x13 pan. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Cool completely.

    Layer 1:
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
    2/3 c. finely chopped peanuts

    Combine peanut butter and cream cheese. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Blend in cool whip. Spread over cooled crust. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top (reserve some for garnish).

    Layer 2:

    2 (3 3/4 oz.) pkgs. instant chocolate pudding mix
    3 c. cold milk

    Mix well and spread over Layer 1.

    Layer 3:

    1 (8 oz.) cool whip, thawed

    Spread over Layer 2. Sprinkle reserved nuts on top.
    Chill at least 2 hours or overnight.
