List of Ingredients




32 soda crackers, crushed
2 c gran sugar
2 c chopped pecans
6 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Beat egg whites, gradually adding sugar. Fold in crackers & pecans.

Bake at 325 degrees, in a buttered pie pan, until brown. Cool. Top with Cool Whip & then spoon drained crushed pineapple on top.
