    Salmon Loaf

    List of Ingredients




    2 eggs
    3 slices soft bread, cubed
    ¼ c. margarine
    1 lb. can red salmon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 ½ c. milk

    Break eggs into small bowl; beat until light. Drain salmon; remove skin and bones. Flake. Add to eggs with bread, salt and margarine. Heat milk to lukewarm; add to first mixture. Mix thoroughly. Place in greased 7x3x2 ½ - inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Makes 6 servings.
