    Clam Dip

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup minced clams
    1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
    1/4 cup clam liquid
    2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    2 teaspoons chopped onion
    1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
    Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
    Few drops Tabasco pepper sauce
    1 loaf round bread

    Recipe



    1.Soften cream cheese with clam juice, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in
    remaining ingredients.
    2.Cut out center of round bread and form chunks from inside of loaf. When ready to serve, pour
    clam dip into hollowed out bread. Serve with bread chunks.

    Makes about 2 cups.
