    Cranberry Delight Dip

    Source of Recipe

Pam from a board that I go to

    List of Ingredients

1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese
    2 tablespoons concentrated orange juice
    1 tablespoon sugar
1/4 cup finely chopped dry cranberries
    1 zest of an orange
    1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans, optional

    1. In an electric mixer bowl combine cream cheese, juice, cinnamon, and sugar on medium speed until smooth.

    2. Fold in the orange zest, pecans, and cranberries. Refrigerate.

    3. Garnish with a small mint leaf, slice of cranberry, or zest of orange.

Serve with crackers and slices of apples or pears (you may want to sprinkle a touch of lemon juice on the sliced fruit so it doesn't turn brown). Around here we have bagels with blueberries in them, and if you slice them up thinly and put them in the toaster oven, this makes an excellent spread for them too.
