    8oz cream cheese, softened
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    2 T lemon juice
    1 tsp worcestershire
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    2 T chopped green onion or chives
    salt, pepper to taste

    Beat together until smooth, spread in a 9" pie plate.

    3/4 cup chili sauce
    1 can shrimp, drained
    1 can crab, drained
    Parsley

    Top creamed mixture with chili sauce, top with shrimp, crab and parsley. Chill. Serve with crackers
