    2 package yeast
    1/2 cup warm water
    1-1/4 cup warm pineapple juice
    1-1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 cup oil
    1 beaten egg
    7 cup bread flour

    stir yeast into warm water and let dissolve. set aside for 5 min.
    in a large bowl mix together juice, salt, oil, and egg. add water and
    yeast mixture. then gradually stir in flour.
    put dough in glass bowl and cover. refrigerate about 1 hour. form into
    a large round loaf. place on baking sheet, cover and let rise 1 hour.
    bake in 400 degree oven for 30 min.
