    Bacon Cheeseburger Potato Pie

    2 lbs. extra lean ground beef

    1/2 c. dried bread crumbs

    1/4 c. onion

    1/4 c. ketchup

    2 tsp. mustard

    1/2 tsp. salt

    3 slices bacon

    1-1/4 c. water

    3 tbsp. butter

    1/4 tsp. garlic salt

    3/4 c. milk

    2 c. Hungry Jack mashed potato flakes

    4 oz. cheddar or colby cheese

    1 med. tomato

    1/4 c. green onion

    Heat oven to 375 degrees. In bowl combine hamburger, bread crumbs, onion, ketchup, mustard & salt.Mix well.

    Press in bottom and up sides of ungreased 9" pie pan. Bake at 375 for 15 mins.

    Cook bacon til crisp. Drain, cool and crumble.

    In saucepan combine water, butter and garlic salt. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Add milk. With fork stir in potato flakes and 1/2 c. cheese.

    Remove partially baked crust from oven. Pour off any drippings. Spoon potato mix evenly into crust.

    Return to oven. Bake additional 10-15 mins. Remove from oven.

    Top with chopped tomato, remaining 1/2 c. cheese and crumbled bacon. Return to oven. Bake additional 5 mins or til cheese is melted.

    Remove from oven. Top with green onions. Let stand from 10 mins. Cut into wedges to serve.
