    Maple Apple Crisp

    3/4 Cup Pure Maple Sugar
    1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
    3/4 Cup Flour, Sifted
    1/4 Teaspoon Salt
    1/2 Cup Butter
    3 Each Apples, Sliced


    Line greased pie pan with sliced apples
    Blend remaining ingredients and spoon over the apples (sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired)
    Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes and then at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes more
    For Whipped Cream Topping on any dish, add one tablespoon of Pure Maple Syrup to one cup whipping cream, while beating.

    NOTE from poster:
    **I used 1/2c maple sugar,3/4 stick butter and 4 apples.
