    CARROT PINEAPPLE BREAD

    3 beaten eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 sm. can crushed pineapple & juice
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. raisins or chopped dates

    Pour into 2-8" greased and floured bread pans.
    Bake for 1 hour in 350 degree oven.

    This bread is wonderful spread with cream cheese.
