Cheeseburger Casserole

List of Ingredients
1 & 1/2 pd ground beef
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 can of sliced mushrooms
1(15 oz) can tomato sauce
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
4 oz cream cheese(softened)
1 & 1/2 cup cottage cheese
3/4 cups green onion sliced
8 oz egg noodles (cooked & dranied)
2 cups shredded sharp chedder cheese
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350. In a large skillet over med. heat, cook the beef,green pepper and mushrooms until the meat no longer shows pink.Add the tomato sauce,salt & pepper simmer for 5 minutes. In medium bowl beat together the softend cream cheese, sour cream & cottage cheese until smooth. Coat a 9x13 pan with oil or spray and layer 1/2 of the noodles, 1/2 half of the cheese mixture,and then 1/2 of the meat mixture. Repeat layers then top with chedder cheese.Cover and bake for 30 min or until the casserole is bubbling.Uncover and cook for another 5 mins.
Note: I fry my onions with the meat and I use regular onions
