    I got a basic recipe from a friend then found another one that I liked so I combined the 2 and threw in some things I had on hand and came up with this recipe.

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup packed brown sugar
    1 cup white sugar
    1 cup butter or 2 sticks
    2 eggs
    2 & 1/2 cups all purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 & 1/3 cups Chocolate Chips or butterscotch chips
    2 cups crushed potato chips
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    1/2 cups pecans or walnuts

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together sugars,vanilla and butter.Beat in eggs,add flour and baking soda, mix well. Fold in Chocolate Chip or butterscotch chips
    nuts, and potato chips. Drop by teaspoon on parchment paper coverd cookie sheet and bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
