My wonderful cousion Lynn makes these for the family every year during the holidays.
List of Ingredients
1 stick butter,softened
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
1 cup Self rising flour
2 eggs
1/2 pound candied pineapple,chopped
1/2 pound candied cherries,chopped
2 cups chopped pecans
Recipe
Grease and flour 8x12 pan.Cover bottom of pan with 1/2 chopped pecans and 1/2 of the friut.Mix butter,brown sugar,flour,eggs,candied pineapple,and candied cherries.Pour over pecans in pan.Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Cut while hot leave in pan until cool.
