Sweet Potato Souffle

This is a recipe from my Nana and cousion Lynn
Recipe Introduction
My Nana and Lynn make this every time we have a Family gathering or have a holiday together.
List of Ingredients
3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1/2 stick of margarine or butter
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients,pour into baking dish and top with:
1 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 stick of margarine or butter
1/2 cup self rising flour
1 cup chopped pecans
Recipe
Mix by hand all ingredients. Spread on top of Sweet Potato mixture. Bake until topping is is light brown @ 350 degrees.
