Blue Cheese Mousse




List of Ingredients



• 1 pkg. of Carr's® Table Water® Crackers
  
• 1/2 pound blue cheese
  
• 4 ounces cream cheese
  
• 5 ounces heavy cream
  
• 24 grapes (halved)
  
• 24 walnut pieces
  
• salt and pepper to taste
  






Instructions



1. In a food processor, blend blue cheese and 8 oz. cream cheese until smooth.
   
2. While machine is running, add heavy cream in slow, steady stream.
   
3. Season with salt and pepper.
   
4. Place mixture into pastry bag with star tip. Pipe cheese onto Carr's® Table Water® Crackers.
   
5. Garnish with thin slices of red grape and walnut pieces.
