    Fabulous Feta and Artichoke Spread


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pkg. of Carr's® Table Water® Crackers with Roasted Garlic & Herbs
    • 1 pkg. (4 oz.) feta cheese
    • 1/2 cup(s) softened cream cheese
    • 1/2 cup(s) chopped artichoke hearts
    • 1/4 cup(s) of chopped red pepper
    • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill


    Instructions


    1. Place crumbled feta cheese and cream cheese in food processor container. Cover and process until smooth.
    2. Stir in artichoke hearts, chopped red pepper and chopped fresh dill.
    3. Spread feta mixture on Carr's® Table Water® Crackers with Roasted Garlic & Herbs.
    4. Garnish with additional chopped red pepper.
