    Lisa's Peanut Butter Banana Quick Bread

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 cups Flour
    • 1/2 tsp Salt
    • 1 cup Sugar
    • 1 tsp Baking soda
    • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
    • 2 Eggs -- beaten
    • 2 Ripe bananas -- mashed
    • 1/2 cup Peanut butter


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
    2. Coat 4 mini loaf pans with vegetable cooking spray.
    3. Combine dry ingredients; blend well and set aside.
    4. Combine wet ingredients; blend well.
    5. Mix together wet and dry ingredients.
    6. Do not overmix.
    7. Distribute batter among the 4 pans, and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
