LEMON CHEESE CAKE-Diabetic

I think you could subsibstitute any flavor of sugar free jello for the lemon sugar free jello in the recipe.





List of Ingredients



• 16 ounces cream cheese
  
• 1 small box sugar free lemon jello
  
• 2 cups heavy cream
  
• 2 packages artificial sweetener -- (2 to 4)
  
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
  






Instructions



1. Put 1 C. water in small pot, boil.
   
   
2. Put cream cheese in microwave for 1 minute to soften.
   
   
3. Take water off burner.
   
   
4. Add jello, dissolve.
   
   
5. Add to cream cheese.
   
   
6. Mix whip cream, add vanilla & sweetner, mix all together.
   
   
7. Refrigerate.
