Mexican Wedding Cookies II




List of Ingredients



• 4 cups flour
  
• 2 cups lard, Crisco
  
• 1 cup sugar
  
• 2 tsp. vanilla
  
• 2 eggs
  






Instructions



1. Mix all together in bowl.
   
   
2. Roll in your hands into small balls the size of quarters.
   
   
3. Place on cookie sheet, use thumb to indent in the center.
   
   
4. Bake @350 degrees F for 25 minutes.
   
   
5. After removing from the oven, move onto wax paper and use a shaker filled with sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over cookies. Or put in a baggy filled with powdered sugar, is how I like them best.
