Ginger Lemon Bread Pudding Soufflé
List of Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cups milk
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 4 cups French or Italian Bakery Style Bread, cut into 1/2 cubes
- 12 Carr's® Ginger Lemon Creme Cookies, chopped into 1/4 inch pieces
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325° F. Butter the inside of soufflé dishes or ramekins.
- Combine milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract and cinnamon in a large mixing bowl. Fold in cubed bread and chopped cookies. Divide bread mixture into baking dishes.
- Place dishes into shallow baking pan and place into oven. Carefully pour 1/2 inch hot water into baking pan.
