    CHERRY TEA PUNCH

    Serving Size: 10


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup Cherries
    • 1/2 cup Sugar
    • 2 cups Water
    • 2 cups Tea
    • 1 cup Orange juice
    • 1 cup Pineapple juice
    • 1 quart Ginger ale


    Instructions


    1. Pit the cherries and place in a blender; puree and set aside.
    2. Combine the sugar and water; boil for five minutes, then cool.
    3. Add the pureed cherries, tea, orange juice and pineapple juice; chill.
    4. Just before serving, pour into a punch bowl and add the ginger ale.
    5. Float a fruited ice ring on top.
    6. Fruited Ice Ring: Arrange whole cherries and orange slices in the bottom of a ring mold.
    7. Pour in just enough water to cover the fruit.
    8. Freeze until firm.
    9. Add cold water to fill the mold.
    10. Freeze again until firm.
