    Tea au Lait

    Makes: 4-6 servings.


    List of Ingredients


    • 6 tea bags Twinings® Lady Grey® Tea
    • 3 cups water
    • 3 cups milk
    • 1 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    • 1/3 cup brown sugar
    • Garnish Whipped cream, cinnamon, and Carr's® Ginger Lemon Creme Cookies


    Instructions


    1. In a saucepan, steep the six tea bags in 3 cups of boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Remove and discard the tea bags.
    2. Add milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and brown sugar to the tea. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat and let stand for five minutes. Return to a boil.
    3. Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon.
