List of Ingredients
1 Bunch Swiss chard or prefered bunch of greens(collard, mustard, etc.)
1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms
1 Medium Red Onion, sliced
2 tbsp oil(your choice)
Braggs Amino Acid to taste
2 cloves Garlic, sliced, chopped or crushed
Salt and pepper to taste
Recipe
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Add garlic and onions, saute.
Add mushrooms and chopped greens.
Cook down for about 5 minutes.
Add Braggs, salt and pepper and serve.
