    Warm Artichoke Dip

    List of Ingredients

    250 ml tofutti cream cheese alternative
    14 ounces artichoke hearts
    1 garlic clove
    1 dash Tabasco sauce
    2 teaspoons lemon juice

    Recipe

    1. Mix together.

    2. Microwave for 1min.

    3. Remove and mix.

    4. Heat in microwave until warm.

    5. For those who can would like it as an option, avocado and tuna (or crab) can be added.
