1 Tsp oil
1 lb leftover roast beef, chicken or turkey sliced
1/4 c gf sweet onion vinaigrette dressing
2 carrots sliced
2 tbsp hoisin sauce (recipe filed under sauces)
2 tbsp water
1 green onion sliced thin
Recipe
Heat oil to high in large skillet. Add meat and carrots. Stir in vinaigrette dressing, hoisin sauce and water. Stir fry 7 minutes or until carrots are crisp tender.
Add onions and cook 1 minute.
Serve over cooked GF angel hair pasta or rice..
