Ginger Scallion Dipping Sauce

List of Ingredients
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1 scallion -- minced
1 teaspoon GFCF soy sauce
1 teaspoon minced fresh cilantro -- or more to taste
1 garlic clove -- minced
1/2 teaspoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon minced ginger
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes -- or to taste
Recipe
Combine above ingredients in a glass jar and shake to blend completely.
Sauce will keep for several days stored in a tightly covered jar in the refrigerator.
Makes a generous 1/2 cup.
Angela's Note: I make a lot more and toss into
Thai noodles with a dash of lemon juice.
