    Recipe Introduction

Use your favourite meat for this (chicken, turkey, beef), or try it with tofu marinated in soy sauce.

    List of Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lbs organic meat (cut up into very small pieces)
    carton of fresh mushrooms
    organic carrots
    red onion
baby corn (or whatever veggies you like)
you could substitute broccoli, pea pods, etc.
(cut up veggies very small if this recipe is for kids !)
2 cloves of garlic ( I use the pre-chopped in the jar, about one tsp)
1 cup of organic chicken broth (GFCF)
Wheat Free soy sauce ( 1/4 cup)
    One Tbs. Cornstarch or substitute
Gluten Free pasta ( go ahead and cook---enough for about 4-6 servings
    2 tlb. Sesame Oil

    Recipe

Brown meat in pan with oil, ( I use Safflower)

Remove meat from pan and add in a little more oil if necessary. Add in veggies and garlic and cook down until very soft.

Put meat back into pan and add in mixture of broth, soy sauce and cornstarch. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer. Simmer about 10 minutes or so. When done drizzle the Sesame Oil on top of veggie/meat mixture.

Pour meat/veggie mixture on top of rice pasta and mix well.
