    Crispy bars from Paula, using rice crispies, almonds and chocolate chips.

    List of Ingredients






    6 cups rice crispies (Barbara's -GF)
    1 cup brown rice syrup - instead of corn syrup
    2/3 cup sugar
    3/4 cup almond butter - instead of peanut butter
    dairy free chocolate chips (Enjoy Life)

    Recipe




    You just cook the rice syrup and sugar together until clear, remove
    from burner and add the almond butter. Then pour over the rice
    crispies and stir well. Press into greased 12x9 pan and coat with
    chocolate chips. Put into warm oven just long enough to melt the
    chocolate chips and then spread with knife. You can play with the
    amount of sugar and peanut butter depending on your kid's taste. I
    reduced both down from 1 cup.
