Marilyn's Favorite Crispy Rice Treats

List of Ingredients
1 generous cup of Suzanne's Ricemellow Creme or other all natural GFCF marshmallow creme
1 1/2 tbsp. cf margarine or oil
1 cup gf/cf chocolate chips (optional)
3 cups crispy brown rice cereal (I used Erewhon's GF brown rice krispy cereal) Recipe
Heat margarine in small sauce pan.
Add Ricemellow Cream & stir until smooth.
In a separate bowl, combine cereal and chocolate chips.
Wet hand and gently mix warm Ricemellow into cereal mixture.
Press into 8" x 8" baking pan.
Refrigerate until firm.
Cut into squares.
Store bars in the refrigerator.
