Microwave Chocolate Mug Brownie

List of Ingredients
4 Tbls gf flour
4 Tbls sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
Dash of salt
2 Tbls vegetable oil
2 Tbls water
1/4 tsp gf vanilla
Recipe
Whisk together dry ingredients in a large coffee mug.
Add oil, water and vanilla.
Mix thoroughly.
Microwave on high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
It should not be quite set in the center.
Cool a couple of minutes.
This can be eaten right out of the mug.
For extra decadence, dump it on a plate and serve with vanilla ice cream.
