This recipe passed to Jana from a Friend.
List of Ingredients
3 cups cooked garbanzo beans, (chick peas)
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1 cup gf bread crumbs
1/3 cup tomato sauce
2 tablespoons soy flour
1 cup ground walnuts
1 teaspoon sage
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
2 eggs, lightly beaten
Sea salt, to taste
Recipe
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Mash chick peas and put in large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Turn into well oiled 9x5x3 inch laof pan and bake 30-45 minutes or until set.
