    List of Ingredients




    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    4 cloves minced garlic
    2 cups water
    1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
    1/2 cup dry lentils, rinsed
    1/2 cup GFCF ketchup
    1 tsp. cider vinegar
    1/2 tsp ground mustard
    1/4 tsp pepper

    Recipe



    In a skillet, cook beef, onion and garlic over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add the water, tomato sauce, lentils, ketchup, vinegar, mustard and pepper.

    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 60-70 minutes or until lentils are tender.

    Serve on GFCF buns or with rice.

    Yield: 6 - 8 servings
