3/4 - 1 cup Sago
Potatoes - 4 (big, boiled),
4 tbs Powdered Groundnut
Chopped Green Chili, according to taste,
2 tbs Chopped Coriander Leaves
Salt according to taste
Oil for frying.Recipe
Wash sago pearls, and soak in water so that they swell and are tender.
Mix with all the ingredients except oil and make small balls out of the mixture.
Deep fry and serve.
