Almond Cappuccino

Recipe Introduction
Serves 4. Use the milk sub of your choice in place of the Bolthouse Farms but you may have to adjust the spices.
List of Ingredients
2 cups (500 ml) brewed coffee
1 cup (250 ml) Bolthouse Farms Soy Chai Protein Drink
2 Tbs (30 ml) packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp (2 ml) vanilla extract
1/2 tsp (2 ml) almond extractRecipe
In a large saucepan, combine coffee, soy milk and sugar. Cook over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, until the mixture begins to boil.
Remove from heat and add extracts.
