Almond Chai

List of Ingredients
3 c plain nut milk or coconut milk
½ T ginger juice, (the easiest way to make juice is simply by mincing it first in the food processor, then squeeze the pulp in a nut milk bag or cheesecloth)
¼ t nutmeg ground
½ T cinnamon
1 ½ T carob powder
½ t cardamom ground
2 T maple syrup or 3 dates
pinch of Celtic salt
pinch of Black pepper
Recipe
In vita mix blend all ingredient until smooth. If eating raw serve as is, if not concerned about raw, it's great warmed.
