    Egg Nog

    Source of Recipe

    Recipe Introduction

    Origins Unknown

    List of Ingredients

    1 large egg
    1 cup milk substitute
    1 TBSP Sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
Sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg on top.

    Recipe

This is a recipe for 1 serving, but super easy to multiply for more people.

    1. Separate the egg (white in one bowl, yolk in other). Be careful not to get any yolk in the white.
    2. Beat the egg white until kind of fluffy
    3. Beat the egg yolk, and add milk sub, sugar, and vanilla.
    4. Pour yolk mix in a cup
    5. Fold the egg whites over it
    6. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and nutmeg

Notes: This is the first thing I learned how to "make" myself. I think I was about 5 or 6yo. Not everyone likes the separated version, most of my family mixes the egg whites in when it's done. This is apparently the way my Grandma liked it, and I like it too.
