    GINGER WATER

    List of Ingredients

    1 tsp ground ginger
    2-3 tbsp white vinegar
    1 cup sugar ( I use less than this, and raw sugar could give it some nice texture.)
    2 quarts water

    Recipe

    Combine ingredients. Allow to sit at least an hour to marry. Serve chilled or over ice.

    Note from BL: I would think that lemon juice could be used to replace the vinegar.
