    List of Ingredients




    For almond milk:

    1 cup soaked almonds (1/2 cup before soaking 8-12 hours)
    1/4 cup pine nuts (unsoaked)
    2-1/2 cups pure water

    Remaining nog ingredients:

    2 frozen bananas
    5 medium dates, pitted (soak if firm and use the soak water in place of water)
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    1 tsp. vanilla extract or 1/16th of a vanilla bean (scrape the black beans from the center)
    2 tsp. flax or almond oil
    pinch of Celtic sea salt

    Recipe



    Make the milk:

    Blend the nuts and water together until smooth. Pour through the Amazing Nut Milk, Juice and Sprout Bag. Squeeze the bag until all the liquid is out. Save the pulp for Cinnamon Rolls.

    Add remaining ingredients to milk. Blend mixture together and serve immediately.

    If you want to make ahead of time, use unfrozen bananas and chill.

    Will last for 1-2 days in the refrigerator.

    Serves 3.
