    Raw Peach Smoothie

    From "The Best of Raw Food"

    List of Ingredients

    2 peaches (pitted)
    meat from about 1 young coconut (about 1/2 cup)
    2 cups coconut water
    ice cubes (optional)

    Recipe

    Pit the peaches.

    Open a coconut with a cleaver and pour the water in the blender jar.

    Next, scoop out the white meat with a spoon.

    Put all ingredients in the blender and blend well.

    Tips:
    You may add a little more water if it's too thick.

    If you can't find fresh young coconut meat and water, you can replace the coconut with 2,5 cups almond milk.

    Replace the peach with pear, mango or apricots for delicious variations.

    You can use frozen peaches in stead of fresh ones.
