List of Ingredients
5c. diced rhubarb
2 quarts water
cheese cloth
1/2 c. sugar
6oz. can of frozen orange juice, concentrate
6oz. can frozen lemonade,concentrate
Recipe
Simmer rhubarb in water until soft and mushy.
Strain through cheese cloth.
Add sugar, orange juice, and lemonade to strained liquid.
Mix well.
Chill and serve over ice cubes.
Note from BL: This is also nice if you use only 3 cups rhubarb and 2 cups ripe strawberries.
