Preheat oven to 375
Bring to boil until white foam appears:
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup milk (almond or whatever cf milk you use)
1 tsp salt (optional)
Remove from heat and add to hot mixture:
2 cups tapioca flour with wooden spoon. Let set 15 min.
Mix in:
2 eggs
6 oz grated Daiya cheese
Form balls (1 1/2 inches round) with greased hands. Bake on lightly greased sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
