    1/4 tsp salt
    1 1/2 cups Bob's Red Mill All-Purpose GF Baking flour
    1 Tbsp shortening
    1 large egg
    1 - 1/2 cups water

    Recipe



    Mix flour, salt and shortening until crumbly.

    Mix in egg.

    Add enough water to make batter very soupy.

    Pour 1/2 cup of batter into a lightly greased pan on medium high heat.

    Cook for 30 seonds to 1 minute on each side.

    Makes 5-6 servings.
