List of Ingredients
1 Jar apricot bread mix
1/2 c. CF margarine, softened
2 eggs , slightly beaten
1 1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. dried apricots, finely chopped
1/2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. bisquick
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
Layer the ingredients in the order given into a wide mouth 1-quart canning jar. Pack each layer in place before adding the next ingredient.

APRICOT BREAD
Preheat the oven at 350* F.
In a large bowl, place the Apricot Bread Mix. Make a well in the center. Mix wet ingredients and pour into dry mixture. Stir until mixture is blended.
Spoon the batter into a large loaf pan that is well greased and with wax paper in the bottom.
Bake for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out
clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack before removing.
