    List of Ingredients




    1 ½ c. warm water
    ½ t. sugar
    1 T. yeast
    2 c. rice flour (I used 1/2 sorghum flour and 1/2 millet flour)
    ¾ c. tapioca flour
    ¼ c. potato starch
    ¾ T. xanthan gum
    ½ T. salt
    ¼ c. oil
    ½ c. egg replacer powder
    ½ T. vinegar

    Recipe



    Combine water, sugar and yeast.

    Let sit and bubble about 15 min.

    Combine dry ingredients, set aside.

    Combine wet ingredients to yeast water and add to the dry ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Place in greased bread pan.

    Cover and let rise in warmed oven for about 1 hr. (I only let it rise to just above the top of the pan.)

    Preheat oven to 400.

    Bake for 50 minutes.
