List of Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
2 1/2 C white rice flour
1/2 C tapioca flour
1/2 C potato starch (instant mashed potato flakes may be substituted for potato starch)
1/3 C corn starch
1 Tbsp. xanthan gum or guar gum
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. quick rise yeast for breadmaker (to be added last, so leave out for now)
Wet Ingredients
3 beaten eggs - room temp
1 1/2 C almond milk - room temp (If almond not tolerated use another milk sub that can be tolerated)
1/4 C honey
1/4 C olive oil
1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
Recipe
Put wet ingredients into breadmaker pan.
Follow with dry ingredients on top, and last in goes the yeast.
Set breadmaker for "sweet bread" setting, medium color, 1.5 lb. loaf size.
Let it do its thing, then remove when all finished.
Paige's Note's: We find that this slices well (when cooled) and stores well for a few days in the fridge.
(This dough will resemble more like a sweet bread texture than what you're used to seeing a bread dough ball look like.)
(My breadmaker is a cheapie Sunbeam from Wal-Mart, and it works great.)
