    Source of Recipe

    Recipe Introduction

This is a double batch so the recipe may be halved. Sift all flours as this makes the bread lighter by adding air. Sprinkled sesame seeds and minced onion on the top.

    List of Ingredients

8 cups GFCF flour mix (2 1/2 pounds)
    3/4 tsp xanthum gum
3/4 cup white sugar or raw sugar
    2 tsp GFCF baking soda
4 tsp GFCF aluminum free baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    6 eggs
2 pint GFCF sour cream (1 pint is 1 pound) recipe follows
1/4 cup GFCF milk or water so that batter almost pours

    Recipe

Preheat oven to 375 deg F. Grease three 8 x 4 inch pans. Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs, sour cream and liquid and mix. Divide batter evenly between the three pans. (Give them a couple of good raps against the counter to level the batter).

Bake at 375 deg F for 1 hour or until a toothpick comes out clean.
