Potato Refridgerator Rolls

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 cups warm water
4 tblsp dry yeast
2/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
2/3 cup oil
1 cup mashed potatoes
7-8 cups All purpose GF flour blend
Recipe
In large bowl dissolve yeast in water; stir in sugar, salt,
shortening, eggs, and potatoes.
Mix in flour and knead lightly on floured board. Place in
greased bowl and cover with damp cloth. Place in refrigerator.
Punch down occasionally as it rises. Shape dough in 2 inch pieces for rolls; cover and let rise to double in size.
Bake at 400 for 12-15 minutes.
