    From Stephanie, this recipe not posted on her blog yet as it is in the developing stages.

    List of Ingredients




    Dry:
    2 C White Rice Flour
    1 C Brown Rice Flour
    1/4 C dry cf milk powder
    3 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
    2 Tbs Sugar
    1 tsp salt
    2 1/4 tsp yeast

    Wet
    3 eggs
    3 Tbs Oil
    1 3/4 C Water (warm)

    Recipe



    Sit eggs out on the counter until room temperature.

    Mix dry together and then add wet to it slowly.

    Mix together only until well mixed.(Do not over work dough.)

    Transfer dough into a greased loaf pan.

    Bake at 375 degrees for 60 mins.

    Let cool for 10 minutes then transfer from loaf pan to a
    wire rack to finish cooling.

    If the loaf comes out funky it's supposed to look like that.
